I cannot tell you enough how much of a disappointment AllPosters.com is for collectors. One of my caliber didn’t deserve to be treated with such awful service! This is why I prefer going to stores, flea markets, fairs, and even auctions myself when buying posters. At least I don’t have to deal with bullshit like what I went through with this so-called “company.” 

Listen, I understand that Covid is still around and it’s making it tough for everybody. I get it, I really do! But come on, AllPosters.com! I take it you’ve been an online shop for a little while longer than this pandemic, right? I would have thought that you’d know better in dealing with shipping problems even despite what’s going on! It’s relatively normal for a package to arrive late, that I’m well aware of as well. But for the “Home Alone” poster I ordered to arrive at my home a fudging one-and-a-half months later when your site explicitly says that shipping only takes around 1-3 days, is astounding! 

Who wouldn’t be pissed off by such blatant disrespect? You can also add to that how useless your tracking program is. I thought it was great that you had a ‘Track My Order’ feature on your site. I’ve always said that all online stores should have one! But even when I tried to use it, it didn’t do much in updating me about my order. A good chunk of my waiting time was always that my poster was “waiting to be shipped.” Are you kidding me? Did it really take weeks for you to wrap my package and send it?
