Easy Breezy for A Cult Classic!

If you’re a movie memorabilia collector like myself, it’s impossible you don’t have a movie poster from “Pulp Fiction” in your collection! In all honesty, I can’t think of a more iconic film promo shot from the 1990s than that of the fine black-bobbed Urma Thurmann smoking a cigarette. It’s up there among the likes of Audrey Hepburn in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh in “Gone With The Wind.”

If you don’t have the poster in your collection yet, you’re probably planning to, right? Looking for the best store to shop at? Trying to find the most affordable one. Well, for that, I have great news! I finally got my own “Pulp Fiction” from an online store called MoviePosters.com. And let me tell you, the company lives up its name, all right! They have a fine selection of posters from any year, any genre, and from any star! I’m so glad I discovered it and got one of the best pieces in my collection.

At first, I honestly wasn’t sure I liked the poster. It looked kinda worn out and faded in a way which, in due time, I came to not mind at all! I realized that these flaws made it look all the more authentic. It wasn’t, since the site explicitly says that it’s a reprint—which I appreciated, by the way!—but I’m glad that the poster has a lot more “character” than just another pristine memorabilia. I kinda don’t want my pieces to look too precious, you know? With all its fadedness and rips, even though it’s a reprint, they make it look more like it really came from the 90s and it was discovered in someone’s attic or storage room or something.

If you look at the poster on the site right now, even you’d admit that it still looks cool, right? All of its flaws practically remind you of the rough and edgy vibe of the movie, don’t you think? In any case, since the poster was only $17.99, and with a frame that costs $39.99 so it’s about $60.00 in total, I figured I found the best poster with the best price. Based on my previous research, other sites sold their posters at around hundreds or even thousands of bucks! But they’re mostly signed which, though they’d be excellent, aren’t exactly high in my priorities list.

And so, I placed my order for this poster and waited patiently for its arrival. Fortunately, I only had to wait for a little over 2 weeks until it arrived at my house. Apparently, it’s the frame that made it take a while to get it shipped to me. I believe they actually had to make it from scratch or something, not entirely sure. Either way, I didn’t mind, especially when I saw just how high-quality the frame is. It was made out of black full metal and shimmered like no other. Very exquisite… and heavy! I took it out of the FedEx box and it weighed a ton!

As for the poster itself? Incredible! It looked exactly how it did on the site; fades, crinkles, and all! And even until now, seeing the sexy Uma Thurman just staring at me, cigarette on-hand with a little cleavage showing, still makes me feel so many things! Damn! She looked amazing back then! And the poster, I’m happy to report, does her justice!

Needless to say, I’m 100% satisfied with MoviePosters.com. Excellent service, quality products, honest website, affordable prices, and even perfect framing! As a collector, there’s nothing better than all of these in a shop! Rest assured, true movie memorabilia—or even just hardcore film fanatics—should know about this store! A+!
