Hey y’all! Lemme tell you something real quick! Collecting movie posters is serious business! I mean, dang! I thought I could easily transition from collecting designer shoes to movie posters but I didn’t know it’d be that hard. Y’all really need to put in the effort if you want to go legit! That’s what I did when I bought a signed poster of “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood!”

As a girly girl, I may not seem like I’m a typical Tarantino fan but I am. And my fave is, if y’all haven’t figured it out yet, “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood!” No duh! Leo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt in one movie? Yass please! Anyhoo, since I recently got into collecting movie posters, I decided I needed—not want, need!—to buy an autographed poster of the film. Especially with the dreamboats’ signatures on them. After searching to the depths of the world wide web, I finally found what I was looking for in a site called Poster Memorabilia

I’m not entirely familiar with the company but seeing as they operate in Cali, I figured they were probably legit. Not gonna lie, the poster they’re selling also has, in my opinion, the hottest shot of Leo I’ve ever seen on a movie poster. Damn! After all these years, he still does it for me! Without even blinking an eye, I ordered the poster without any regrets. Turns out, I really didn’t need any anyway! 

It was my first time buying movie posters online so I wasn’t sure what I was getting into. I liked the fact that they posted an estimated date of delivery of my purchase based on the date of my order, but knowing that Covid is still, like, there, I didn’t really take it that seriously. I mean, even when I’m buying shoes online, I didn’t take these estimated thingies to heart that much, what more when buying a poster? Fortunately, however, Poster Memorabilia has excellent service. Every once in a while, they’d send me an email updating me to when I should expect my poster to arrive. And whoever runs their chat, girl, you are an angel! 

After around three weeks or so, I finally got my poster. It arrived via UPS and it was already framed so I was sure I’d get it without and scratches and stuff. Once I opened it, I gave out one of the biggest gasps I’ve ever had in a long time. Like literally, I was gagged! I was so shocked at how beautiful it is. Brad and Leo looked amazing, their autographs were insane (and authentic cause the company also provided a certificate!), and even the frame looked kinda chic. It was so surreal seeing it up close, especially since it was sorta an impulse buy! Nevertheless, I was happier with this online purchase than even some of my designer shoes! 

Accurate info on their site, excellent service, and quality posters! I have to say, Poster Collectibles is one of the best for those of you looking to collect movie posters. Oh, and the prices are ok too if you’re not poor or anything! Either way, I’m so shopping here again soon!
